A radiographer of Borsodchem Co. Ltd. received approximately 133,5 mSv dose when a radiography source was unable to be retracted into an industrial radiography device. The radiographer handled the guide tube and collimator with the 2,782 TBq Se-75 source in an unshielded position. Finally the source could be retracted into its shielded position.
