A radiography worker was performing radiographic testing with an ERESCO200 MF industrial X-ray machine. During the activity between two explosion the worker had to enter the explosion area and only when he returned to the X-ray machine he realized that the X-ray machine was not switched off. During the app. 30 sec exposure time the worked received 25,8 mSv dose.
