On september 25, 2019, at 15:20 UTC, a density gauge equipment (CPN model MC1) was stolen in Reynosa city, Tamaulipas State, when the personnel stopped at a convenience store, leaving the vehicle unattended. The equipment serial number is MD10700323, containing a 50 mCi Am241/Be source and a 10 mCi Cs-137 source Category 3.
